We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, as it was close to the beach and within walking distance of everything we needed. The staff spoke English and were friendly, accommodating, and helpful at all times. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The hotel facilities were excellent, and the rooms were luxurious and spacious, with comfortable beds and clean sheets. The hotel also provided towels for the beach and poolside, making our stay hassle-free. this hotel was a great place to relax after a day at the beach.

I had a thoroughly enjoyable experience here, everything was very good, the location was lovely just off the best shopping centers. Relaxing room with seaview on floor 12. Had complimentary drinks in the main bar. I could park the car on site.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast offered a good selection and they opened a larger area during busy times. Safe neighborhood with a 24-hour supermarket nearby. Short walk to the beach with beach towels and free sun seats available. Convenient metro station within driving distance.

As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the great food at the restaurant, brand new rooms, and the perfectly clean environment. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, providing a very high level of service. The laundry services were good, and the wifi worked well. The rooms were comfortable, with comfortable beds and a good shower. The rooftop pool and facilities were also a nice addition.
Felt like in a fairy, nothing too much trouble.

The rooms at Windsor were super clean and comfortable. I particularly loved the clean, crisp white bedding, made me feel like I was sleeping on a cloud. The rooftop pool, although small and always crowded, was a great place to relax and soak up the sun. The variety of options at breakfast left me spoiled for choice, and the delicious cake they delivered to my room on my birthday was a thoughtful touch. The hotel is conveniently located close to the city center of Rio, making it easy to explore all the attractions. its prime location right in front of the beach offers stunning views and a great opportunity for a leisurely stroll. The restaurant serves excellent quality meals, and the room provided comfortable accommodations with a clean and well-maintained bathroom. The breakfast had a good variety of options, satisfying different tastes. the hotel offered great facilities and advantageous room features.
The check-out process was quite frustrating, with only two staff members available to handle all the guests, resulting in long waiting times.

This hotel provides the epitome of luxury! Here, I experienced some of the most exclusive amenities, including a breathtaking rooftop pool with a stunning view and an outdoor swimming pool with sun loungers. I also loved the fact that I had easy access to the nearby beach.
The only minor issue I encountered was with the restaurant buffet. While the food was outstanding, I found that the buffet breakfast was a little limited in terms of options.
